House in Tersannes , Haute-Vienne , Limousin

This house has a lot of character. The cosy lounge features a wood-burner and beams and at the far end is the kitchen and the bathroom with separate WC. The spacious double bedroom is just off the lounge.
Upstairs the second bedroom has lovely views of the church from the balcony.
The loft space is perfect to convert as are the two barns attached to the house.
The fenced garden is a manageable size with some small outbuildings which is great for storage.

The local area has plenty of outdoor activities like walking, cycling and fishing and there is an apple farm which has a lovely creperie attached - brilliant for lunch! The village of Lussac les Eglises and the historical towns of Le Dorat and Magnac Laval are all easily accessible.
Both Limoges and Poitiers airports offer daily European flights and there is good access to road and rail links to Paris and the UK.
