A few steps away is the allotment style vegetable garden with it's orchard of many fruit trees, apple, cherries, peaches, walnuts, as well as soft fruit like raspberries. The icing on the cake with this house is the green living of the property-the heating is by heat exchange system-and the hot water for showers is heated by solar panels. The current owner spends just 70euros a month on electric and that includes all cooking, hot water and heating-not bad heh?
