The study is about 10m2 and overlooks the front garden and has a tiled floor. Upstairs there are 3 lovely bedrooms and plenty of built in storage space. There are bull’s eye windows as well as large double glazed windows giving plenty of light. The bathroom has a basin and a bath with a shower above it and there is a separate lavatory and basin. The entire house is in excellent condition and will not require any work, unless you choose to redecorate. Just move in and pamper the horses. The garden has a large terrace, lawn, orchard with fruit trees and a paddock. The numerous outbuildings include an open-sided barn, another barn, some sheds, 3 small stables a tool shed and a workshop with a fireplace all very convenient for the paddock which adjoins the garden. Just across the lane is a larger field of about half a hectare. And now for the fun project… The second house has stone walls, beautiful beams and roof.
