The bedroom above the sitting room is huge and the same shape as the room below with a glazed door on to the terrace. The other two bedrooms are also quite large and both fit double beds. Up a further set of stairs to the attic which has magnificent beams and could be converted into a further two bedrooms if you needed more rooms. The house is double glazed throughout and has mains drains. On the edge of the Poitou Charentes and Limousin regions, this property has the benefit of being within easy reach of Limoges, Potiers and Angouleme airports which are all within an hour’s drive, and it is only 20 minutes’ drive from Bellac and Confolens.
