The pump room has the pump and heat-exchange heating system, to keep the water at a constant temperature of your choosing, without a high heating bill.
The garden is mostly laid to lawn with mature trees and shrubs and views over the neighbouring farmland, which is wheat, sunflowers or maize, depending on the crop rotation.
The garage has room for 2 cars and has a workshop at one end.
In front of the house there is a tarmac drive with space to park about 10 cars behind the electric gates to the lane.
