This apartment could be kept separate if you were to run the chalet as a business or to accommodate staff. If purchasing for private use this apartment could be converted for many uses such as a TV / games room and /or office. The interior has been completed with an eye for the practicalities of running a ski chalet yet with attention to detail creating a welcoming feel. Based at 1450m and directly linked into the amazing Three Valleys network by an 8 person gondola, it offers unlimited, world-class skiing without the crowds of nearby Meribel, Courchevel. As an added bonus Val Thorens, officially the highest resort in Europe, is situated at the top of the valley offering great skiing from November to mid-May. In addition and often overlooked, this is also a beautiful place to be in the summer with many activities such as mountain biking, walking and rafting.
