This three bedroom and two bathroom cottage has been extremely well renovated, no expense has been spared, as all the work has been carried out by Artisans. With interior decor in soft pastel colours, the cottage interior is indeed very pleasing to the eye. From the front door, you enter into the very spacious hallway.
This leads into a double bedroom at the front of the house. There is also a superb bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasin, bidet and storage cupboard. A further door leads into a large utility room which has a washing machine and tumble dryer. From here, you enter a second large bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. There is a storage cupboard with 250 litre hot water tank. The back door to the house leads out from the utility room onto the back garden area. This room is ideal for leaving your coats and gardening boots and getting cleaned up before you enter the house.

The kitchen/diner also leads from the hallway, is fully fitted and includes cooker and dishwasher. The floors are fully tiled and double glazed windows have screens and integral blinds. There is an awning attached to the cottage so that you can eat in shade in the garden and admire the beautiful peaceful surrounding views. Two kilometres from the village which has a bar/restaurant and primary school. This is a real community village where they have their own very well known theatre group. 7 kilometres from CRAON, a small, very pretty market town with its own Chateau and racecourse. Craon hosts a small weekly market, has its fair share of restaurants, boulangeries, shops, large supermarket, DIY and garden stores, post office, pharmacies and hairdressers. Not to mention schools, doctor, dentist and a vet with horse specialists. 10 kilometres south will take you to the town of SEGRE which is a very attractive town with the river running through its centre.

Within easy reach: Laval - famous for its river and Christmas lights. The city of Rennes, capital of Brittany, with its mix of old and new, offers everything a city can offer, and then some. Nantes (sixth largest city in France) To the south, Angers (50kms is a tourist paradise with a thriving commercial side and beautiful chateau. Easy access to Nantes and Le Mans. (famous for the 24 hour race)

Driving west for just over an hour will take you to the Atlantic coast and the chic La Baule. Same travelling time north and you reach the ferry port and amazing walled city of glistening granite - St Malo, a captivating and unique historic town with fantastic architecture.

Transport links are first class. Economy flight airports in Rennes, Dinard, Angers and Nantes. The TGV (fast train) from Vitre or Laval to Paris in 2 hours. Easy access to French Autoroutes and Ferry Ports of St Malo, Caen, Cherbourg and Le Havre
