There is a large lake where you can practice a variety of water sports, or just enjoy a stroll and a picnic. If you like birdwatching, there is also a bird sanctuary and hide. Two superb 18-hole golf courses half an hour’s drive away. Many local fetes and activities throughout the year. One of the largest weekly street markets in France in the medieval town of La Guerche. Within easy reach: Laval - famous for its river and Christmas lights. The city of Rennes, capital of Britanny, with its mix of old and new, offers everything a city can offer, and then some.
