This is a beautiful area of the Berry known as the Vallée Noir home to the famous French novelist Georges Sand who was the mistress of Chopin.There are many ancient Chateaux to discover and a myriad of other activities in the area which is 1.5 hours from Limoges airport and 6.5 hours from Calais. A reasonably priced project for those who wish to move/retire or buy a holiday home or maybe develop into a Chambre D'hote eventually
