The business is a Chambre d'Hôte, but they take mainly students typically from the US, Holland or Japan and offer them bed and breakfast. There are several local restaurants which offer a range of budget dining, including one just opposite, but if you chose to, you could offer evening meals too. Affordable daily cycle hire is also offered and as it's just 7 miles to the mount, this is a very popular choice. The accommodation is a stone built house with a kitchen, utility, laundry and owner's bedroom, bathroom and large sitting room on the ground floor. The guest dining room is also on the ground floor with generous seating for 20 people and enough room for a casual seating and TV area. On the first floor there are two triple and one double bedroom each with en suite shower room and a small walk in linen cupboard. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and a family suite, a double room and a twin room linked and sharing an en suite shower room. There is a further laundry store on the second floor and an independent hot water tank to back up the main supply in busy periods. Overall the property is capable of offering 8 bedrooms and accommodating 20 people (including owners). Outside there is a small garden and nearby, a parking area for up to 12 cars which belongs to the property. Situated on the border of Brittany and Normandy this makes a fantastic base for sightseeing, it isn't just Mont St Michel which is of interest and it couldn't be easier to access. Just half an hour from the ferries arriving at St Malo and the flights from East Midlands, London and Bristol into Dinard and in easy driving distance of Caen, Cherbourg, Roscoff, Rennes, Nantes visitors will not struggle to get to your very own French
