The house stands to your right with a large stone barn attached then the second stone barn is to your left. The beautiful old well makes a wonderful centrepiece too.
The front door of the house is centrally located and an entrance hallway leads from left to right. To the left you have a family bathroom and separate WC. This is where the owners separated the house from the gite and could be opened up if required, giving direct access to the gite. Immediately in front of you is the kitchen, oak floors and original fireplace are in keeping with the period feel.
To the right is the family dining room, an amazing granite fireplace and wonderful original beams really making this a special room.
Beyond this is a large room that has been partitioned off as two bedrooms; however I think you would return it into the wonderful lounge it cries out to be.
Stairs from the dining room lead to the first floor where you will find a wide landing where there are 2 double bedrooms of around 15m2. There is also a family bathroom and WC off the landing too. Another door leads into a large attic room that could become a fabulous master suite with all of the original features retained such as vaulted ceilings, beams etc.

Above the gite is a large usable loft area that again could be used to create yet more living space.
If you have no need for a gite this part of the house links to the main house and could become a fabulous extension very easily, creating some ground floor bedrooms and more living space.
Attached to the right of the house is a stone barn of around 80m2 with a good condition roof and excellent space for storage.
Then across the yard is a larger stone barn of approximately 200m2. This is again in excellent structural condition and even had a new roof around 10 years ago.
The property sits in its own land of around 4000m2, so nearly an acre. The views from the front of the house and courtyard are truly special, looking out over the forest and fields beyond.
This truly is a special property that needs to be seen to be appreciated fully; it does need some modernisation but cries out for someone with a sympathetic eye to retaining all of the original untouched features in evidence. The price also reflects the fact that some work will be required, but as it stands the house could be used tomorrow without anything required if you just anted to leave it as is.
