Sat in the sun it is difficult to believe you are in a village location. Back into the middle room and stairs lead to the first floor where currently three bedrooms are arranged, however I think you would make provision for a proper bathroom and corridor and this would leave two good sized double bedrooms. Ask for further details as the layout would just need a little re-jig to move a couple of partition walls. The current toilet facilities are set in the corner of one of the bedrooms, where a toilet, sink and bidet sit. A further staircase leads to the attic space and it would make a great storage area. The courtyard garden at the back also has a sturdy hangar to provide shade in the summer months, or somewhere to hang washing on a wet day. In summary a really great proposition that would only need a small amount of work to rethink the layout upstairs and create a truly wonderful village property.
