Only 4 minutes drive from limousin market town. Wonderful spot for this well maintained lake and land. There is a small permanent summer house with balcony overlooking the lake too.
You drive from the village along a very quiet lane and this lake is set off to the right of the lane approximately 4kms from the village. An entrance driveway has been created and this takes you around the lake to the summer house. There are well kept lawns surrounding the lake and plenty of parking. The summer house is a permanent structure and has a balcony set into and overlooking the lake. Here you can spend those long summer days relaxing, there are even permanent rod rests set into the balcony guard rail. There is currently no water or electricity connected, however these do run past the plot so it may be possible to connect subject to planning permission. The current owners use the lake for leisure use and there is a summer kitchen set up in the summer house and they bring a small generator with them for electricity. As previously mentioned you are fairly close to the village for provisions anyway. More than just a lake this has been exceptionally well kept and as a fishing lake it couldn’t be better.
