The 1-hectare field opposite the garden in front of the house is used for a car park for clients and fenced off for hens, ducks etc. The rest of the land which extends to 26 acres is attached behind the buildings and all in one section and has a 2500m2 stream fed lake where the present owner tells us in summer he and his family swim among the carp, tench, roach, perch and pike and is eminently suitable for equestrian use, campsite, log cabin settlement, who knows the possibilities!!!
