The lounge gives you access to the large kitchen/diner 42m2, floored with the original tomette tiles, it has free standing kitchen units, large enamel sink, plumbing for a dishwasher and features exposed stone walls. From the kitchen is access to the raised sun decking overlooking the river,the small easy cared for garden, the cave and a petite dépendance. It would be possible to extend the letting potential and keep the owners accomodation completely seperate from letting rooms --- do you know what ?
