Set in a quiet one way street in this popular Haute Vienne village, stands this large stone house. Ground level in good condition, first floor needs renovation.

The first floor is split into two large rooms at the moment, but could be re-arranged to create at least 2 bedrooms and bathroom, or even 3 bedrooms. There is then a further flight of stairs leading into the loft and with good height here this could also be used for living accommodation. This house would also lend itself to splitting as apartments as there is a separate entrance that can be used for the first floor, so the potential to let out if required. There is a small courtyard garden at the rear of the house and this is more than big enough to enable you to enjoy the fresh air and dine al-fresco. The house also benefits from being connected to mains drainage. The main structure of the house and roof are in good condition but because it hasn’t been used as a house for so long it does need internal renovation, but as a substantial village house it represents good value.
