Here you have a lovely grand stone farmhouse set in the centre of its own land with two large stone barns and two other outbuildings, one of which was the farm shop, what about that for an idea? You approach the property along a narrow track and it stands at the very end of the lane, so no passing traffic. Grand electric gates open onto the gravel drive which then opens up past the first barn up to the front of the house. The house stands proudly facing south and has a stone path leading to the front door, on entering the house you will find a wide hallway, the first door to the right is to the farmhouse kitchen, this is functional but would need some updating, you have a small boiler room off to the side of the kitchen too. Opposite the kitchen is the entrance to the lounge and dining room of some 45m2, the dining area is to one end with an open arch between the areas and French doors to the garden.
