Large stone house which could be made habitable very quickly. It also has more room to develop on the first floor and barn if necessary. It is situated in a very quiet hamlet and has a pretty building plot to the rear with views over the neighbouring woodland.
This property was lived in up until a year ago and still has 3 bedrooms, an entrance hall, a kitchen/dining room and a lounge with electricity etc. There is also a bathroom and wc which works. However it does need refreshing to make it habitable or renovating to make it really nice. The structure is very good and it has a very good roof, some of it very recent. There is also a lot of space on the first floor and in the large barn which could also be converted to make it into a very big house. Currently it is 150m² of habitabke space but could be doubled if required. To the front of the house is a gravelled courtyard and a very old original porch which is the width of the house. There are a couple of old buildings including a piggery which make a nice feature plus an old stone well. To the rear and side of the house is a large flat garden with several mature trees and shrubs plus a constructible plot with views over the neighbouring woodland. A very worthy project for somebody. It is situated in a small country hamlet near La Reole with easy access to the motorway to Bordeaux.
