The house is in fact relatively small when compared to the vast barn that it adjoins and this is where extending it would create a roomy attractive period property. Outside, the property sits well in its 7706m² plot of land (nearly 2 acres) it has many established trees, including some fruit trees, and there is also a small separate outbuilding – probably a former chicken run. Location wise, the village is just 30mins from the city of Auch and 1 hour from the centre of Toulouse – the nearest airport.
