An entrance between mature conifer hedges leads off the lane up the gravel drive to this classic French bungalow. The first thing that strikes you is the private and well established gardens. The veranda at the front of the house is a perfect spot for morning coffee. The entrance door leads into a hallway with the kitchen to the left. Units are fitted and there is even a chimney in the ceiling to allow for a range cooker to be added. There is also ample space for a table here too. Double doors lead from the kitchen to the dining and living room. Very well proportioned with French doors at either end let you enjoy the outside space, with a terrace for breakfast and one for the setting sun in the evening. A hallway leads on down to the bedrooms and bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms have French doors onto the terrace and the other has a window overlooking the garden. I can strongly recommend a viewing as you can move in immediately and plan what you want to do with the available expansion space, or as I myself would do just while away the day watching the world go by only disturbed by the birds singing in one of your trees. Only 3kms from the village of Piegut-Pluviers, famous for its enormous weekly market, you are in easy touch of all amenities, yet in the proper French countryside.
