The gite consists of a large kitchen with exposed beams and stone walls, this leads to a very good sized louge area with feature stone fireplace and old sink. There is a bathroom to the back and one large bedroom upstairs. There is plenty of scope to build another bedroom inside. It has heating so could be used for winter lets too.
The barn is very large, it has been semi converted and has a sink, WC and shower area. There are two floors, the top floor being converted into and exhitbition floor. With new flooring and plenty of space.
There is a garage and a well!
The house is situated close to the very quaint village of Bertric Buree. It has one of the best restaurants locally and everything you need from a small village. Close by is the large market town of Riberac, which has a bustling Friday morning market each week. Verteillac is near too, with a good selection of shops, cafes and bars. This part of the Dordogne attracts a lot of holiday makers, which would be great for the gite rental. There are a lot of things to do locally, including canoeing, rowing, horseriding, and plenty of historic monutments, chateaux, castles and caves to see.
