The beautiful medieval towns of Moncontour (15mins), Lamballe (15 mins) and Dinan (45 mins) are a delight to explore with Dinan and Lamballe having many shops, restaurants, galleries and a large weekly market. There are also zoos, bowling, karting, paint balling, swimming, sailing, horse riding, walking, tennis to try and you will also be able to fish locally and don’t forget that the stunning beaches of Brittany’s Emerald Coast are just half an hour away.
Access is so easy, whether it's for you or your guests. About an hour away are the ferries of St Malo which arrive from Portsmouth, Poole and the Channel Islands or Dinard airport with its regular RyanAir flights from East Midlands, London, Birmingham and Bristol. If that's not enough, in easy reach are Roscoff, Brest, Rennes, Nantes, Caen and Cherbourg with a variety of ferries and flights from all over the UK; there are also TGV stations at Rennes and St Brieuc.
This is a really easy affordable house which would also make an ideal rental property whether it be for the local long-term market or holiday lets.
