For a family home, the area is ideal with a fantastic choice of schools in the village plus boundless facilities for children to enjoy a huge variety of sports, from archery to abseiling, sailing to roller hockey and many things in between. There's also a wonderful music school, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, bowling, karting, cinema, museums, galleries and of course those great beaches all within half an hour's drive.
The local village has a good range of commerce including a small supermarket, pharmacy, florist, hairdresser, cyber cafe, bars, restaurants, butchers and boulangerie.
The area is really easy to get to so whether you are thinking of visiting family or attracting holidaymakers the transport options are numerous. Flights into nearby Dinard airport from East Midlands, Birmingham, Bristol and Stansted; ferries to St Malo; flights to Brest, Rennes or St Brieuc or even the TGV all make the area really easy to get to.
