Immediately one can see the attention to detail and immaculate condition which are continued throughout this property. Inside the entrance straight ahead is a bedroom with bathroom and WC alongside, this bedroom might be suitable for use as a treatment room, study or second lounge depending on your needs. To the right there is a lounge/dining room of 12.5m2 with a feature fireplace with log burner. Beyond this that lovely kitchen which is over 10m2. It is fitted with a full range of units and appliances and there is lots of natural light through two velux windows in the high ceiling. There is plenty of room for a dining table to seat up to 6. The house has vehicle access on both sides and a front and back door. Neighbouring houses are all holiday homes and the area is very tranquil. The local area is beautiful and less than half an hour from the Emerald Coast with its clean sandy beaches and safe swimming. Lamballe and Dinan are two of the nearest large towns with weekly markets, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants amongst their half timbered buildings. Lamballe is also famous as the home of Brittany's working horse breeding and training centre and Dinan is a magical blend of Medieval splendor and modern style not to be missed. There are plenty of really good schools and sports clubs and the area has a strong agricultural base which is really thriving. Whether you choose this as a holiday or permanent home you need never be short of things to do. Access is very easy, just 40 minutes away are the ferries of St Malo which arrive from Portsmouth, Poole and the Channel Islands or Dinard airport with its regular RyanAir flights from East Midlands, London and Bristol. If that's not enough, in easy reach are Roscoff, Brest, Rennes, Nantes, Caen and Cherbourg with a variety of ferries and flights from all over the UK; there is also a TGV service to Rennes which is only 50 minutes away. This is a house which really needs to be seen to be appreciated, it is in such excellent order from the pointing in the granite walls and the roof right down to the sparkling clean bathrooms. Once you’ve signed on the dotted line all you’ll have left to do is enjoy it.
