It has a huge living room with patio doors looking out over the garden and pool area. It has a lovely kitchen, again all kitted out in neutral colours and modern, one large bedroom on this floor, and a mezzanine bedroom over looking the living room. The 3 large sized garages are obviously great for storage, but I cannot help thinking about all the other potential uses as well, e.g. if you’re a keen painter, one would make a great studio!
It’s worth mentioning also that there are two plots of constructible land that come with this property, one is opposite the villa within the walls, and the other is located just outside the garden walls looking out onto vineyards. So, more gites, a business, another house?.......that’s for you to choose!
I could write about this property all day as it’s just gorgeous, but I still don’t think I’m doing it justice. It is well worth a visit to see how truly endless the possibilities are!
