Located in one of the most scenic region of France, only half an hour from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea, Greoux les Bains is also wellknown for the thermal baths and its curative powers. It is also one of the prettiest little town in the area, with its pedestrian streets lined with shops, its cafes and restaurants. A few kilometers from the famous gorges du Verdon, with its steep slopes and white water cannoeing, the endless trecks through the forest, and rock climbing, the days are not long enough to enjoy the area. All of these are the reasons why this gite, is booked most of the year. The "curistes" usually come back every year for three weeks, for a period of 3 years. A second gite is available in a small town near by, in Allemagne en Provence, open May through August, to catch the overflow from the one in Greoux.
